How to Reset Your Password

Having trouble logging into your Project Bono account because you forgot your password? Don't worry, resetting your password is easy! Here are some simple steps to help you reset your password and get back into your account.

1. Navigate to the login page

First, go to the Project Bono login page and click on the "Forgot your password?" link. This link will take you to a page where you can reset your password.

2. Enter your Email

Enter the email address associated with your Project Bono account and click on the "Reset Password" button. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.

3. Confirm the Email

Check your email inbox and find the password reset email from Project Bono. Click on the link provided in the email to be taken to a page where you can create a new password.

4. Enter your new password

Enter your new password and confirm it. Make sure your password is strong and unique to keep your account secure, then save the changes.

Notes

  • If you signed up with an existing social account such as Google or Facebook and the "Forgot your password?" solution doesn't work, you may need to change your password on the existing social account. To do this, go to the social media platform's website and follow their password reset instructions.


  • Alternatively, users can go to their Project Bono profile page and click on the "Edit" button next to the password field to reset their password. Follow the prompts to create a new password and save your changes.
